En este trabajo se analizan los fundamentos retóricos y formales de Traveling While Black (2019). Situando al usuario en el Ben’s Chili Bowl, auténtico lugar de memoria, la experiencia propone una revisión de la historia afroamericana de la segunda mitad del s. XX. La yuxtaposición de archivos históricos sobre la discriminación y testimonios actuales subrayan el uso de la memoria como instrumento de acción social sobre el presente.
