Characterization and impact of YouTube videos on the housing conflict in Spain

Abstract

The article analyses a corpus of 47 YouTube videos on home evictions in Spain, with the aim of detecting the main trends at the level of issuers, formats and discursive strategy. A content analysis is performed and the impact is measured. The results show that, depending on the type of measurement applied, there are different positions. There are also variations in the type of content and its emitters.
